This Remington Model ADU is a detached, single-level home offering 480 square feet of efficient living space within a 20′ x 24′ footprint. Designed with a Pacific Northwest Craftsman influence, this build features the upgraded front overhang detail, adding depth, protection, and architectural character to the exterior.

The home is further elevated with Andersen windows featuring black interior and exterior frames, creating a clean, modern contrast that carries throughout both the exterior and interior spaces.

Inside, the layout is simple and functional, with a vaulted ceiling that enhances the sense of openness and allows natural light to move easily through the home. In the kitchen, the client opted for a full height tiled backsplash, adding texture and a more finished, custom feel to the space while maintaining durability for everyday use. The bathroom includes a semi-frameless glass shower enclosure  offering practicality and a refined, modern aesthetic.
