The Peters were a joy to work with, and their ADU turned out just as bright and colorful in personality as they are. This project marks the first ADU we’ve built with a full basement! The main level offers 800 square feet of living space, featuring a wet room with direct access to the shower from the garden for our Master Gardener client, a second bathroom with a standalone tub, a bedroom, an office, and an upper loft for storage.

Below, the 792 square foot unfinished basement will serve as an art studio and a space for heirloom garden seed propagation—perfectly tailored to the clients’ creative and purposeful lifestyle. And best of all, they get to be in close proximity to their grandchildren!
